Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction for a full refund.
Services: For services such as "Stories told in Images," refunds are available if requested before production has begun. Once a service has been delivered, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations: You may cancel any subscription-based service (like the Family Guide) at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
